Cost Estimating and Analysis positions work with customers in a consultative manner, helping them solve problems based upon his / her team's creative solutions. Responsibilities may include any of the following areas: weapon program life cycle cost estimating and analysis for milestone reviews, special studies, and budget submissions; cost analysis sensitivity analyses; develop, update, and exercise cost analysis, budget preparation, or proposal evaluation cost models to support Government analyses; and, baseline / configuration definition, evaluation of proposals and preparation of required documentation in support of the government selection officials, and reconciliation of estimates to newly awarded contract.
