Cost Estimating and Analysis

Paradigm personnel excel in the area of cost estimating and analysis for both the Department of Defense (DoD) and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). Paradigm’s staff of estimators and analysts include entry-level to senior-level with varying years of experience in supporting General Officer and Senior Executive Service level officials. Paradigm’s support results in products and services including fully-documented Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCEs), preparation and maintenance of program and cost research databases, development of Cost Estimating Relationships (CERs), Cost Analysis Requirements Descriptions (CARDs), cost model development, cost benefits analysis, program cost analysis support during contract negotiations, Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs), risk analysis, and development of Cost Analysis Improvement Group (CAIG) defendable analyses and support. Paradigm analysts’ have supported customers in coordination with the CAIG, the General Accounting Office (GAO), the Congress, and other stakeholder government agencies. Paradigm has developed multiple automated tools with structured and tailored reports to assist our customers in presenting information in clear and concise formats.
