Helping to Give a Fresh Start

Thanks so much for the Paradigm Pay It Forward program.  Recently in our bible study group it was brought to our attention that a young lady had just moved out of a bad situation and was having to start out all on her own. She literally only had her clothes when she left. She has a job as a hairdresser but did not have anything else. Our church helped her out with a deposit and the 1st months rent on a new apartment and someone in the church donated an older car and she has received various other items to furnish her new home. She was lacking a mattress and bed (a mattress is not something you really want to get used). Through the Pay-It-Forward Program and some additional money we were able to purchase her a new mattress and frame.
My wife and I have always tried to help others less fortunate wherever we could either through volunteering, donations or monetarily and through the Pay It Forward Program we were able to do even more to help out this young lady on a new start. Thank You!
