PARADIGM TECHNOLOGIES’ QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN:

Paradigm’s approach includes quality assurance plans tailored to specific task orders. The team’s quality assurance approach will ensure Department standards are applied to all support efforts. Specific Quality Assurance (QA) methods to be incorporated into SeaPort-E QA plans include but are not limited to the following:

Peer reviews: Paradigm will apply the significant and diverse knowledge base of the team by conducting ad-hoc and Program Manager requested task order product reviews with Paradigm team employees.

Comparison of products to Navy standards: Paradigm will assure compliance with programmatic, technical, and financial management standards originating from OSD (i.e. POM prep instructions, acquisition/financial management regulations); department references or from specific Navy department codes and related guidance (i.e. PM priorities).

In-progress Customer/Paradigm Program Manager/Task Order Manager Review: Paradigm will work with clients and take advantage of daily interaction/feedback/direction. The Paradigm PM will also provide QA review of work products with focus on timeliness of product delivery.

Product Configuration Control: Paradigm will support customers in configuration control of programmatic, technical, and financial management analysis related products to assure organized change management, version control, and archiving of current/historical program information.

ARES

The Ares Corporation is a small, highly efficient, qualified, scientific, technical, and operations analysis firm that specializes in weapon systems analysis and system engineering associated with high-technology programs. CSC had technical capability in all SOW functional areas.

CSC has past performance in all functional areas of the SOW and is a current Seaport “Original” and “Enhanced” contractor with a contract in all 7 zones. Additionally. CSC is a top tier DoD and Navy contractor and performs work for all of the Virtual SYSCOM commands and for MCS and USMC.

EG&G has successfully delivered professional support services in the areas of Program Management, Acquisition, Engineering and Engineering Management, Logistics Support and Financial Management to the Government for over fifty years.
